  Gutter guards were included with installation of new gutters, the gutter contractor did not install them.
AVE came and installed the gutter guards. On inspection the guards were not cut to the angle of the bay window leaving gaps for debri to enter. The guards were not bent to the angle of the roof sheathing leaving the new shingles up in the air. The ends were not bent over the gutters. Contacted AVE and they scheduled a date to come and repair the issues but never showed up.
Done the repairs myself.

Update..10-24-23.
Spoke with AVE, and the gutter subcontractor and project manager was lying to AVE about the job completion and both are no longer affiliated with AVE. AVE is reimbursing me the $ amount for the portion that needed repaired personally.
I am happy with the present outcome and sorry that AVE placed their trust in people that lied to them. My rating is going to be upgraded. Thank you AVE for the follow up, the results, and for restoring my trust in AVE.

  They roof our home 2 garage and carport. They was on time and worked very fast. They made sure to lay traps out over everything. They sweeped our yard for nails many times and paid close attention to our grandchildren  sandbox to make sure there was nothing in there that could hurt them. After the job was done the owners came out and did a walk around the property to make sure we was happy with everything.  Very happ with the service we received from this company.   Richard & Jim were great to work with and their roofing crew, led on-site by Abraham, were professional and courteous. My many questions were quickly answered throughout the entire job. There were a couple of minor issues that were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.  Not only did they reroof my home, install ridge vents & tuck point my chimney, they even repaired my ancient barn roof - that was a huge relief for me.
